Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the daily operations of all company warehouses, including inbound, outbound, storage, and distribution activities, ensuring compliance with Free Zone Authority (FZA) regulations.

· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient execution of production plans and timely support of operational needs.

· Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse policies, SOPs, and business processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce error rates, and control warehousing costs.

· Plan and manage warehouse infrastructure, including storage capacity layout, functional zoning, facility maintenance, and environmental standards to optimize space utilization and reduce costs.

· Ensure accurate stock control through inventory management systems (SAP/ERP), cycle counting, and physical audits.

· Manage inventory accuracy, participate in procurement planning, and ensure the security and control of all stored materials through effective inventory management practices.

· Lead the evaluation, classification, and handling of all warehouse materials and products. Supervise warehouse personnel and manage performance to minimize risk and address abnormal situations promptly.

· Oversee the full lifecycle of warehouse transactions including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and system entries to ensure operational timeliness and accuracy.

· Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization while maintaining FIFO/LIFO/FEFO principles as per business needs.

· Guide, coach, and train warehouse staff to enhance skills, improve overall performance, and maintain a high standard of departmental operations.

· Develop and execute periodic inventory plans to ensure accuracy and report warehouse performance and operational metrics to management regularly.

· Establish, monitor, and enhance performance evaluation criteria for warehouse staff in alignment with the company's performance appraisal system.

· Support cross-departmental collaboration and carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by company leadership.

· Report inventory and operational KPIs to management on a regular basis and recommend improvements
