Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Keeper to join our logistics team in Sriracha, Chonburi. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) to communicate with management and should have experience with warehouse operations, including AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) and container shipment planning.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inbound Management

* Verify inbound product data to ensure system records match physical stock accurately.

* Arrange the shelving of products and optimize warehouse space utilization for maximum efficiency.

  1. Outbound Management

* Execute picking, checking, and outbound shipping processes based on delivery instructions.

* Manage all outbound documentation to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy.

  1. Shipment Planning & Scheduling

* Develop daily and weekly container shipment plans and coordinate internal resources effectively.

* Monitor container loading progress to ensure 100% on-time delivery performance.

  1. Inventory & Stock Control

* Conduct periodic cycle counts and annual stocktaking to maintain high inventory accuracy.

* Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist in implementing process improvements.

  1. AS/RS Operation (Automated System)

* Operate the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) to ensure stable daily operations.

* Assist in basic system maintenance and troubleshooting of faults.

  1. On-site EHS Management (Safety)

* Enforce and promote safety, health, and environmental protection policies within the warehouse.

* Proactively identify safety hazards and assist in rectification and improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

*Language: Must be proficient in English and Thai. Chinese will be plus

*Education: Technical Secondary School, Vocational Certificate, or above (Logistics or Supply Chain majors preferred).

*Experience:

* Prior experience in warehouse management, dispatching, or scheduling is preferred.

* Experience operating AS/RS systems or working in automated warehouses is a strong plus.

*Technical Skills:

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

* Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is highly preferred.

* Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication/coordination skills.
