Our client is leading global manufacturer of power-electronics components, transformers, and LED-driver solutions. Headquartered in China with operations worldwide, the company supplies high-quality, energy-efficient products to the lighting, industrial, renewable energy, and utility sectors. With 2 R&D centers and 4 production bases, including its newly established plant in Chonburi, our client is looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to support growing production and distribution demands.

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will lead end-to-end warehousing operations, ensure safety compliance, coordinate with internal departments, and optimize cost and workforce efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic planning capability and hands-on management experience, particularly within the Thai logistics ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual work plans for the warehouse and logistics team, aligned with company business targets
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure full compliance with safety standards, conducting regular safety training and awareness programs
  • Manage internal systems and documentation to meet quality and audit requirements for both internal and external reviews
  • Create and monitor departmental budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; enforce cost control initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with production, planning, and other departments to resolve logistics and inventory-related issues
  • Recruit, train, and assess warehouse staff; define clear performance expectations and provide coaching for ongoing improvement
  • Formulate training plans to support employee development and ensure proper job alignment across roles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related field
  • At least 5 years of warehouse and logistics management experience; background in electronics or manufacturing preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Thailand; familiar with local warehouse and logistics practices
  • Fluent in both Chinese and Thai (written and spoken) to support cross-border coordination
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proven ability to manage costs, streamline processes, and drive safety and performance culture
