Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant Manager based in Bangkok. The Executive Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in daily operations, overseeing staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing budgets, and coordinating events and functions. Other duties include handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage events and functions
  • Operational experience in the hospitality industry is a must
  • Ability to work on-site in Bangkok
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
