Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Manage all online communication channels (Facebook, Line OA, Instagram, Website Chat, E-mail); respond accurately and promptly.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback; act as the central coordinator to follow up and resolve issues to completion.
- Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests to ensure timely resolution
- Track delivery status and keep customers updated continuously.
- Handle pre-sale and post-sale inquiries, including basic troubleshooting and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Welcome walk-in customers at the showroom, provide product guidance, and facilitate their visit.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing excellent customer service and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, ensuring customers understand the value of our ergonomic and gaming furniture.
Requirements:
- Willing to work 6 days or night shift on a rotational basis.
- A minimum diploma in any field is preferred.
- Able to converse fluently in both speaking and writing in Thai (English speaking is a plus).
- Service-minded attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Experience in service center/aftersales service is an advantage.
