Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Bangkok. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing superior customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining high standards of phone etiquette, and enhancing overall customer experience. The specialist will also handle troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to player inquiries and provide assistance both inside and outside the game.
  • Gather player feedback and relay it to the development team.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the Chinese development team to help resolve issues and improve the player experience.
  • Record, track, and report player issues.
  • Support other tasks related to game operations.

Qualifications:

  • No restriction on gender or age.
  • Passionate about and familiar with MMO games (RO players will be given special consideration).
  • Recent graduates are welcome.
  • Proficient in Chinese (good level) or have graduated from China.
  • Responsible, possess good communication skills, and enjoy interacting with players
