Job Purpose

The company plans a variety of modern cream mix activities at a competitive price to promptly meet customers' needs. We are looking for a talented production professional to take ownership of planning, control, and continuous improvement in the Cream Mixing process to ensure high efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish monthly production plans and drive efficiency improvement.
  • Perform risk analysis and contingency planning to ensure uninterrupted cream mixing.
  • Plan and execute quality development and performance improvement activities.
  • Plan operations to support new customer demands.
  • Control manpower alignment against production and delivery plans.
  • Set and monitor KPIs across processes.
  • Develop and upskill team members.
  • Analyze and improve quality in both manufacturing and delivery output.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standard systems.
  • Control resources in the manufacturing process.
  • Coordinate with related departments to support the readiness of production plans.
  • Manage budget and manpower utilization.
  • Monitor production process indicators and manpower efficiency.
  • Prepare weekly performance summaries.
  • Drive manufacturing process improvements to meet standard systems.
  • Improve machine utilization and process efficiency.
  • Develop team capabilities in specialized cream production operations.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning/manufacturing supervision or a relevant role.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in manpower control, production KPIs, and process improvement.
  • Good coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
