About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team at PROIRON (THAILAND) LIMITED' in Chon Buri. As Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet sales forecasts and customer demands
  • Manage and coordinate production workflows, schedules, and resources to optimise efficiency and minimise delays
  • Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality, and maintenance, to ensure seamless production
  • Oversee the training and development of production staff to maintain high standards of performance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable to changes and able to lead teams through process improvements
  • Chinese language skills are preferred.
