  • Planning, organize, and control daily welding production activities to meet production targets ,KPI of Production
  • Ensure smooth operation of welding lines, robots, and jigs according to production schedules.

  • Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and logistics teams to minimize downtime.

  • Monitor welding quality standards (e.g., Robot ,spot weld, MIG/MAG) and ensure compliance with automotive specifications (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and Customer Requirement (CQI15)

  • Implement corrective actions for welding defects and conduct root cause analysis.

  • Work closely with Quality and Engineering to resolve product or process issues.

  • Enforce workplace safety standards and ISO 14001 EMS

  • Conduct risk assessments, safety training, and ensure the use of proper PPE.

  • Promote a safety-first culture and achieve zero-incident targets.

  • Lead and develop welding supervisors, team leaders, and operators.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training programs.

  • Build a strong, motivated, and skilled production team.

  • Drive productivity improvement through lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.

  • Optimize welding parameters, robot programs, and material usage to reduce costs.

  • Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and 5S activities.

  • Manage manpower planning, overtime, and resource allocation.

  • Control departmental budget, consumables, and equipment utilization efficiently.
