We are seeking a Production Planning Manager to join our Thailand team (based in Chonburi).

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production planning and coordination, ensuring efficient operations, high quality, and on-time delivery. Experience in the garment, apparel or related manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Working time: Monday to Saturday

Location: Chonburi, Thailand ( travelling required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, materials, and capacity.
  • Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
  • Monitor daily production activities and adjust schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Analyze production data to optimize processes, reduce bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
  • Create detailed reports and track key production metrics using advanced Excel skills.
  • Liaise with departments like quality control and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage inventory levels and materials flow to minimize downtime and delays.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in production planning in the same position, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP for production planning and inventory management.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Willing to travel between factories
