Job Title: Sr. Accountant
for a new Industry Park

Report to: General Manager

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for new industry park to lead our accounting team in Thailand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing accurate financial information to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily Accounting operations, e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and fixed assets
  2. Ensure compliance with Thai Accounting Standards and tax regulations
  3. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  4. Manage corporate tax compliance, including VAT, withholding tax and income tax
  5. Develop and maintain effective internal control systems
  6. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and government authorities
  7. Manage cash flow and banking relationships
  8. Supervise and mentor accounting team members
  9. Implement and optimize financial systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Valid CPD certification is required
  • Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Thorough knowledge of Thai tax laws and financial accounting standards
  • Experience in real estate, construction or industrial park operations preferred
  • Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred
  • Expertise in Thai Accounting Standards and tax regulations
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis

Salary Range: THB 70-100K/Month
