Job Description:
We are looking for a
(Sr.) Account Executive – Healthcare Marketing Solutions
to lead our advertising and monetization initiatives with healthcare providers and brand advertisers—including
pharmaceutical companies, FMCG/CPG brands, and insurers
—on HDmall.
In this role, you'll be at the intersection of
healthcare, media, and technology
, helping partners unlock the power of HDmall's audience, content, and data to reach patients and healthcare professionals more effectively. You will develop, pitch, and execute strategic healthcare marketing solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for our partners.
This position is ideal for entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about transforming healthcare marketing in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, insurers, and consumer health brands to help them achieve measurable marketing objectives on HDmall.
- Develop and execute strategic healthcare marketing campaigns across digital ads, sponsored content, and performance media that deliver strong ROI for partners.
- Achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets through strategic account planning, upselling, and identifying new monetization opportunities.
- Translate partner objectives into tailored marketing solutions leveraging HDmall's unique healthcare audience insights, content, and AI-driven targeting tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and data to refine advertising offerings and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare and digital marketing landscape to identify emerging opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a leading university in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field. Open to fresh graduates with strong internship experience at top consulting, advertising, digital marketing, or e-commerce firms.
- 0–4 years of relevant experience in account management, consulting, advertising, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with proficiency in using data to inform campaign planning and performance reporting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
