About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, service-minded Junior Secretary to support our Marketing & Business Development team. This is an exciting, career-building role for someone who enjoys coordinating people, information, and activities in a dynamic organisation that blends commercial work with community impact.

The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, is a natural problem-solver, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with leadership, team members, and external partners to support both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, and communications
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Support branding, social media, and content initiatives
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors

Human Resources Coordination

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Coordinate training, staff communication, and HR records
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal events

Fundraising & Events

  • Assist in planning and organising fundraising activities
  • Provide administrative support for company and foundation events
  • Liaise with sponsors, donors, and community partners
  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and event materials

General Administrative Support

  • Maintain schedules, appointments, and internal communications
  • Prepare meeting notes, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Organise documentation, filing, and internal processes
  • Support other departments as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent service attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English
  • Able to work independently and solve problems proactively
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
