SWAP Trader

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage FX forward book in THB, maximize profit and attain target within allocated stop loss and trading limit
• Achieve targets including profit and position contribution by cooperating with other department staffs providing them latest information such as market trends and fundamentals, and always try to provide proper price for customers to enhance our customer service and expand our business
• Develop new instruments to diversify and strengthen the foundation of our business
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Research, develop and introduce new products and new trading strategies, such as arbitrage and cross-product trading, etc.
• Train and mentor junior staffs

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or any related fields
• More than 5 years of Trading preferably SWAP trading
• Excel in general treasury products and markets knowledge
• High proficient in English both written and verbal communication
• Other key competencies; teamwork, decisiveness, flexibility, leadership, communication, business acumen
