Position Overview
The HR & GA Officer is responsible for support activity for Human Resources and General Affairs related to Information & Communication Technology (ICT) support (especially software support) in expanding PLT's lubricant business across international markets within the Domestic Thailand and ASEAN region. This role involves managing existing Company's existing Human Resources and Assets related to Information & Communication Technology (ICT) support portfolio (especially software support), identifying new ICT development opportunities to support the business, and executing & implementing the ICT Development. The position requires strong communication, ICT software development, implementation, and maintenance capability, overseas travel and the ability to work independently domestically and across multiple countries and cultures (if needed).
Key Responsibilities
ICT Development Planning, Implementation, Maintenance, and Reliability
- Identify and evaluate new ICT business support opportunities related to HR & GA.
- Develop and execute ICT Development plans to achieve Company's business support related to HR & GA.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with all business partners regarding ICT Development Planning, Implementation, Maintenance and Reliability (Internal Pertamina and External Pertamina) related to HR & GA.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ICT development partners, recommendations, discussions, and other business coordination related to HR & GA.
- Monitor and maintenance of ICT implementation and ensure high levels of satisfaction through timely support and service to support Company's Internal activity related to HR & GA.
- Maintain Company's Data Management related to ICT Business related to HR & GA.
- Maintain Company's Life Cycle ICT (especially software support) related to HR & GA.
General Affairs Operations
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, technical) to ensure smooth general affairs business operation.
Manage documentation and ensure compliance for Company's general services affairs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Only open for Thai nationality candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in HR support, Business Administration, Information & Communication Technology (ICT) especially software development, ICT data management and/or a related field (related to HR & GA).
- Fresh Graduate, or 1 (one) year of experience in information & communication technology (ICT) especially software development related to HR & GA..
- Strong understanding of support for ICT requirements business related to business support for trade processes, and distributorship management to support the Company General Affairs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in English is required (other languages also an advantage).
- Ability to travel internationally especially within the ASEAN region.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
