About the role

Fraser Suites Sukhumvit is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Relations Executive (GSA) to join our team. This full-time role is based in Wattana, Bangkok and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, bookings, and any other requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing recommendations for improvements
  • Actively participating in promotional activities and events to showcase the hotel's offerings

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or client relations role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex situations effectively
  • Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism
