Purpose of the Role :
To act as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor to discerning customers — guiding them from inspiration to ownership. The Sales Executive must combine product mastery, emotional intelligence, and service sophistication to turn every interaction into a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities :
o Provide personalized consultation to both Thai and international clients, understanding their lifestyle aspirations and financial considerations.
o Present project features, architecture, and brand value with precision and confidence.
o Manage customer relationships throughout the sales journey — from inquiry to transfer of ownership.
o Manage the loan process, including credit assessment and customer qualification. The role involves evaluating clients' financial profiles, verifying documentation, and ensuring all loan applications meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
o Collaborate with the Credit Officer team to facilitate loan processes and ensure seamless customer experience.
o Coordinate with agents, marketing, and management to maintain consistent brand communication.
o Contribute insights and feedback from clients to improve product, campaign, and service.
Qualifications :
o Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Communication, or related preferred).
o Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury condominium sales or high-value asset sales.
o Strong understanding of the home loan process, including credit assessment and basic financial document review.
o Strong command of English (Chinese or Japanese proficiency is a plus).
o Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with refined appearance and etiquette.
o Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
