Position: Sales Manager (Marketing Agency)
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Market Expansion & Client Relations

  • Identify and approach potential customers to create new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and future opportunities.

Sales Execution & Coordination

  • Execute sales plans effectively to achieve sales goals in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Maintain a professional image and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders throughout the sales process.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Experience in a Marketing Agency (Influencer & Digital Marketing) is highly preferred.
  • Highly motivated, positive-minded, and target-driven.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Open-minded, proactive, and receptive to feedback.
  • English: Business level (Japanese proficiency is an advantage).
