What you will do :

  • Identify, research, and recruit influencers/KOLs across TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and emerging platforms who align with the brand and target audience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers/KOLs to support ongoing partnerships and future collaborations.
  • Communicate with creators, assist in negotiating collaboration terms, and coordinate all campaign details to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare clear and effective campaign briefs in both Thai and English to guide influencers in creating high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with influencers/KOLs to develop engaging/viral content including social posts, short-form videos, and other formats that support campaign objectives.
  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including KOL selection, content coordination, quality review, scheduling, and posting to ensure all deliverables are submitted on time.
  • Monitor campaign progress by tracking content submissions and ensuring all deliverables meet the required brand tone and quality standards.
  • Analyze campaign results, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and prepare performance reports for the influencer marketing team lead.
  • Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure influencer activities align with broader brand and business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer trends, viral content, social media algorithms, and industry developments.

Who you are :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts or a related field.
  • New graduate or 1 year experience in marketing, social media, communications, PR, or related fields.
  • Being a nano or micro influencer, or having personal connections within the influencer community, is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting, communicating, and forming meaningful relationships.
  • Strong energy, positive attitude, and natural excitement toward everything social media and influencer-related.
  • Excellent and confident negotiation and communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Passion for beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and social trends.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong "can-do" attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work, and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
