Marketing Manager

1. Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies across both online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, study competitors, and monitor trends in both domestic and international markets.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
2. Team & Project Management:
- Lead and manage the marketing team and ensure projects are executed according to plan.
- Coordinate with the sales team, production, and other departments to align strategies and operations.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
3. Online Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
- Plan and manage campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze data using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
4. Offline Marketing:
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities including promotions, events, trade shows, and roadshows.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, distributors, and representatives both locally and internationally.
- Manage printed marketing materials such as brochures, POSM, and packaging.
5. International Marketing:
- Research and analyze market demands in international markets.
- Develop tailored marketing and communication strategies for each country.
- Coordinate with international representatives or partners.
6. Brand Management:
- Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels.
- Ensure brand consistency throughout the organization.
