Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies across both online and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, study competitors, and monitor trends in both domestic and international markets.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

2. Team & Project Management:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team and ensure projects are executed according to plan.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, production, and other departments to align strategies and operations.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.

3. Online Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze data using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

4. Offline Marketing:

  • Plan and execute offline marketing activities including promotions, events, trade shows, and roadshows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners, distributors, and representatives both locally and internationally.
  • Manage printed marketing materials such as brochures, POSM, and packaging.

5. International Marketing:

  • Research and analyze market demands in international markets.
  • Develop tailored marketing and communication strategies for each country.
  • Coordinate with international representatives or partners.

6. Brand Management:

  • Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency throughout the organization.
