WE'RE HIRING WE'RE LOOKING FOR A "Customer Behavior Analyst " TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY OF GROWTH

Key Responsibility:

  • Prepare & Manipulate data for segmentation analyses, data quality reports, and model development
  • Assist in independent model testing, which includes evaluating conceptual soundness and developmental evidence, checking the model's accuracy, demonstrating the model's robustness and stability, assessing potential limitations, and evaluating the model's behavior across a range of input values.
  • Analyze customer's behavior
  • Monitor & Adjust criteria of each product to avoid loss.
  • Be responsible for Ad hoc work as required
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in quantitative field such as Statistics, applied Mathematics, Economics, Quantitative finance or related fields.

  • Experience 2 years in Business performance analysis

  • Strong Passion in Analytics & Quantitative approach.

  • Experience with SAS and other modeling or statistical software will be a plus.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.

Skills:

  • Business performance analysis with any tool (Excel, Analytics system, BI system, etc.)
  • Model development, Model Validation, Customer behavior analysis with Alternative data such as Mobile and Application usage data.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.), SQL, Analytics System (especially SAS EG), BI system, AI Machine Learning system.
  • Experience in developing scoring models for customers to provide financial services will be given special consideration.
