Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support ingestion and mapping of data from multiple sources of E-commerce and digital channel
  • Data cleaning, and standardization using SQL, Power Query, or data preparation tools
  • Analyze customer profiles, purchase behaviors and engagement journeys, RFM model
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot data issues or mapping inconsistencies.
  • Work with marketing, e-commerce, and CRM teams to translate business questions into data requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in data management & analytics for FMCG, ECommerce or Retail Business
  • Strong Computer Skill: MS Office [Excel, PowerPoint], Data visualize tool e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio
  • Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL/BigQuery preferred)
  • Understanding of customer data, segmentation, or CRM principles.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar CDP platforms is a plus.
