Job Description

1. Plan and Execute Export Marketing Activities

  • Develop marketing plans and promotional campaigns for products in export markets
  • Prepare marketing materials such as product catalogs, brochures, and digital content in English

2. Coordinate with Overseas Clients and Internal Departments

  • Serve as the point of contact for international clients; handle inquiries and provide product information
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and finance teams to support export operations

3. Support Trade Shows and International Exhibitions

  • Organize sample shipments, prepare sales presentations, and support booth arrangements
  • Represent the company in trade fairs and coordinate with event organizers

4. Conduct Market and Competitor Analysis

  • Research market trends, consumer behavior, and distribution channels in target countries
  • Provide analytical reports and marketing recommendations to management

5.  Assist in Export Documentation and Packaging Related to Marketing

  • Review product names, labels, and packaging for compliance with country regulations
  • Prepare product lables and other packaging components

6.  Support marketing expense reporting

7.  Other duties as assigned

Job Specification

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, or related fields

  2. 1–3 years of experience in export marketing, international sales, or dealing with overseas clients

  3. Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking)

  4. Familiar with export procedures, Incoterms, and international logistics

  5. Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Illustrator is a plus)

  6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all assigned tasks
