Product Development Manager – Fresh Produce

Responsibilities
- Develop Innovative Fruit & Vegetable Concepts: Develop innovative and modern F&V concepts to cater to the retail market.
- Analyze Market Trends and Consumer Behavior: Conduct in-depth market research and analyze food trends and consumer behavior to create products that genuinely meet customer demands.
- Provide Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and recommendations on recipe development and production processes to OEM partners to ensure the consistent quality of products meets the business's requirements.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Coordinate with relevant teams, including Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Quality Assurance, throughout the entire product development cycle.
- Support Product Launch: Provide support during product testing, shelf-life validation, and pilot launches to confirm the readiness and commercial viability of products before their full-scale market release. Scope of work
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Fruit & Vegetable
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge and technical skills in Fruit & Vegetable display, cutting fruits, RTE / RTC.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Able to provide guidance and troubleshoot effectively with internal teams and external partners (OEMs).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and consumer behavior to drive product development.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing projects and juggling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
