Job Description:

  • Lead and Data Management: Manage and maintain the integrity of client data and sales leads within the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management), ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Market Research Support: Conduct preliminary market research and gather competitive intelligence to support the BD Managers in identifying new opportunities and preparing pitch materials.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal and external business meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements for the Business Development team.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, draft, and format essential business documents, proposals, and presentations; and generate routine performance reports (e.g., sales pipeline updates) for management review.
  • Administrative Assistance: Handle general administrative tasks, including expense reports, filing, and managing correspondence to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration.
  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experiences in project coordination or project management, preferably with in power or energy sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
