  • Teamwork skills: ability to coordinate with other departments and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.

  • Good computer skill: MS. Word, Excel

We are seeking a courteous and professional Bellman to join our team at [Hotel & Residence Name]. In this role you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests and residents, providing exceptional service from arrival to departure. You?ll assist guests and residents with their luggage, escort them to their units, explain our facilities, handle transportation requests, and maintain the lobby and entrance areas in a polished condition.
