  • Job description:
    We are looking for a Bar Manager to join our dedicated team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the bar, including overseeing operations, managing staff and ensuring quality customer service. Your daily tasks will include preparing and serving drinks, organizing events, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The ability to constantly create recipes is required. This position is on-site and based in Bangkok.

  • Qualifications
    :

  • Customer Service Skills: Experience in customer service, ability to respond to customer inquiries and solve problems.

  • Food and Beverage Skills: Knowledge in the preparation and service of beverages, and inventory management. Modern mixology techniques are required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and motivate staff.
  • Training Skills: Ability to train and mentor staff to maintain quality service.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to promote bar offers and increase sales.
  • Other valued qualifications include good organization, previous experience in bar management, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
