Job Title: Technician/Gardener

Location: Austrian Embassy Bangkok

Reports to: Head of Administration/ Administrative Assistant

Employment Type: Full-time (Locally employed. Probation period of 3 months, temporary limited for 1 year, extendable to permanent contract after 1 year)


Key Responsibilities

  • Grounds and Garden Maintenance.
  • Technical and Maintenance Support.
  • Compliance and monitoring of security and safety regulations.
  • Support with special projects.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping (Embassy or institutional setting preferred but not necessary).
  • Basic technical knowledge for minor repairs and maintenance.
  • Ability to safely operate gardening tools and machinery.
  • Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and discreet.
  • Good communication skills in Thai; basic English preferred.

Salary and Benefits

  • 40 hours weekly (Monday-Friday).
