Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Human Resources and Administration Department at the head office regarding organizational policies and various HR and administrative functions to achieve the company's goals and objectives in compliance with company rules and policies.
  • Manage and provide guidance on employee welfare and payroll matters in accordance with the department's plans, organizational goals, and policies.
  • Manage and provide guidance on recruitment and training activities in line with the department's plans, organizational goals, and policies.
  • Manage and provide guidance on administrative tasks and employee engagement activities in line with the department's plans, organizational goals, and policies.
  • Manage and provide guidance on occupational safety and productivity improvement activities in line with the department's plans, organizational goals, and policies.
  • Manage and provide guidance on workforce planning, as well as performance evaluation systems using KPIs, competency assessments, and skill levels, in accordance with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in personnel management.
  • Proficient in using software applications such as ERP, MS Office, and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
