About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Thailand. This position plays a key role in supporting the Customer Service Manager and local sales team to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer satisfaction, and timely order management.


What You'll Do

  • Handle customer orders, inquiries, and requests with professionalism and accuracy
  • Support the sales team in daily coordination and customer communication
  • Participate in sample preparation and documentation processes
  • Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks as required

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or higher in any related field
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
