Job Descriptions:

  1. Strategic Research Leadership

  2. Define and lead the product research strategy across Ragnar's product/solutions

  3. Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer trends to guide long-term product innovation.
  4. Prioritize research initiatives aligned with the company's product roadmap and business objectives.
  5. Team & Stakeholder Management

  6. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product researchers and analysts.

  7. Establish best practices, methodologies, and research frameworks.
  8. Collaborate with Product Managers, DevOps, CyberSec, UX/UI, and Marketing to ensure insights are actionable.
  9. User & Market Insights

  10. Oversee customer and market research to generate actionable insights.

  11. Guide the creation of personas, customer journey maps, and competitive benchmarks.
  12. Ensure insights are effectively translated into business cases and product decisions.
  13. Innovation & Concept Development

  14. Drive ideation of new product concepts and strategic feature enhancements.

  15. Evaluate feasibility, ROI, and business impact of proposed solutions.
  16. Present findings and proposals to senior leadership and executive teams.
  17. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

  18. Monitor KPIs and usage data across all products to assess performance.

  19. Recommend adjustments and improvements based on customer adoption and satisfaction.
  20. Benchmark product effectiveness against industry standards and competitors.
  21. Cross-Functional Leadership

  22. Act as the bridge between research, product, and business units.

  23. Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and executive presentations.
  24. Champion a data-driven culture within the product organization.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product research, product strategy, or related roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial position.
  • Proven track record in leading research teams and driving insights that influenced enterprise SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of compliance solutions, data privacy (PDPA/GDPR), cybersecurity training, or enterprise SaaS tools. (Is a plus)
  • Advanced research and analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative).
  • Proficiency with market research tools, analytics platforms, and usability testing methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
  • Experience with innovation frameworks (Lean, Agile).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, data protection.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms.
