Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience at the mall.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and general mall information.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Promote mall events, promotions, and services to customers.
  • Handle lost and found items, and ensure proper documentation and return procedures.
  • Manage the mall's customer service desk, including answering phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate with mall tenants and other departments to resolve customer issues and provide seamless service.
  • Assist with customer feedback collection and support mall management in implementing improvements.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of customer service areas, maintaining a professional environment.
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, providing assistance as necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Good command of English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or third language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
