Key Responsibilities

1. Frontline Customer Assistance

  • Greet visitors warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
  • Handle enquiries in person, via phone, and through digital channels.
  • Provide accurate information on store locations, promotions, events, and mall facilities.
  • Assist visitors with special needs (wheelchair, stroller, guidance support).

2. Service Desk Operations

  • Manage daily customer service counter operations and maintain a clean, organized counter environment.
  • Handle customer service tasks including:

  • Parking stamp and parking validation services

  • Lost & found management
  • Customer feedback, complaint logging, and enquiry records
  • Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all transactions.

3. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution

  • Address customer issues with patience, tact, and professionalism.
  • Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary.
  • Ensure follow-up and closure on complaints to maintain a positive customer experience.

4. Mall Operations Support

  • Work closely with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to resolve customer or operational issues.
  • Monitor customer service zones, family rooms, and related facilities to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
  • Assist in on-ground support during mall events, marketing campaigns, and festive activities.

5. Safety & Emergency Support

  • Provide guidance during emergencies in accordance with mall SOPs.
  • Be trained and familiar with incident reporting and basic first aid procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Mandarin-speaking ability is required (to serve Mandarin-speaking visitors effectively).
  • Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM or service systems).
