Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Coordinator with excellent English communication skills to manage and coordinate our export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from our company to international customers, while adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with key customers.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of export shipments, from order processing to delivery.
• Prepare and process all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs documents.
• Ensure compliance with all export regulations and laws, including those related to customs, shipping, and product safety.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics providers to arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers on the status of their orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to export shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.
• Monitor export costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in export regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure smooth export operations.
• Prepare and submit export reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in export coordination or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. [Consider adding: Other language skills are a plus.]
• Strong understanding of export regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems or other export management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
