  • Customer Service and Export Order Processing: Issue a Proforma Invoice and Packing list
  • Manage each order by liaising with related parties to ensure that the orders are handled efficiently to ship out on time
  • Corresponds with customers to inform of all relevant information, production plan and shipment schedule
  • Corresponds with customers regarding their inquiries, product samples, price list and other related documents
  • Coordinate with internal parties to identify if there are any quality issues, develop solutions and ensure client requirements are met
  • Monitor and ensure that the payments are processed on time
  • Monitor and manage sales record to keep track of sales target and sales monthly report and annual sales presentation
  • Assist of all sales activities and any Ad hoc as determined by the group leader and Export Manager

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business, or related field
  • Good Command of English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, optimistic, problem-solving, flexibility, and service minded
  • 3-5 years working experience in international business
  • 5 Days workweek
  • 2 Interview session 1st Online 2nd Onsite
