Responsiblities:
- Coordinate and oversee the full export process after contract issuance through order confirmation, and shipment arrangement to delivery at the destination according to related Incoterms.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all export documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading/Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, and other documents required by customers, authorities, or banks.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, airlines, and logistics providers to ensure accurate booking, scheduling, and timely shipment.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Procurement and Finance teams to ensure smooth coordination and readiness of cargo and documents.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and company export policies.
- Monitor and track shipment schedules, updating customers and related teams on progress or any potential delays.
- Resolve shipment-related problems such as documentation discrepancies, transport delays, cargo issues, or customs clearance matters.
- Provide export-related documents or information to internal departments, government offices, or customers when requested.
- Liaise with relevant authorities such as the Department of Foreign Trade, Chamber of Commerce, and Customs for export licenses and export declarations.
- Maintain proper filing and records of all export documentation for future reference and audits.
Qualifications:
- Male or female, aged 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
- At least 3 -5 years of experience in the export of rice/grains, or in the Food industry.
- Fair command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (A plus).
- Able to work in Pak Kred, Nonthaburi.
- Has own car and a driving license.
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday
