Our client is one of Thailand's largest and most innovative rice traders and exporters.

Job Description:

  • Dealing with shipping documents, including in-house, government, and outsourced inspector certificates, to ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Monitoring shipments and shipping documents to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with the overseas team and supporting their requirements on documents and any issues related to handling shipments.
  • Managing the submission of required documents and information to post in the system and ensuring that sales are closed on time without fail.
  • Updating the shipment tracker and sales report (daily) for owned responsibilities.
  • Supporting internal clients on any required documents/information related to the scope of the Export Department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the export of rice/grains, or in the Food industry.
  • Fair command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (A plus).
  • Able to work in Pak Kred, Nonthaburi.
  • Has own car and a driving license.
  • Working hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday
