Spanish Customer Service Representative

Acha Co., Ltd. is seeking a Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our wholesale body jewelry team in Bangkok. This is a full-time position, you will play a critical role in supporting and fostering strong relationships with our international business clients, primarily those who communicate in English and Spanish. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual in an international B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to B2B clients through various channels, including website, chat, and email.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive product information and effectively resolve customer issues or complaints.
  • Manage order processing, tracking, and coordination with relevant departments (e.g., Production/ Logistics/Accounting) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Responsible for meeting with customers in our showroom and presenting them with the latest product developments.
  • Build customer satisfaction and trust to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Meticulously record all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support online marketing activities to find new customers from the assigned countries.
  • Admin tasks to support operations and management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales role, preferably in B2B environment, will be highly regarded.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail.
  • A basic interest or knowledge of Body Jewelry products or the jewelry industry is a plus.
