Key Responsibilities

1. Design and elevate service standards

  • Oversee post-sales service operations to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Improve CRM tools and SOPs to streamline team workflow and deliver a seamless customer experience

2. Build customer relationships and long-term value through community

  • Establish trust with customers to strengthen long-term community foundations
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for support or value-added offers

3. Develop a customer-centric team

  • Coach team members to build Empathy and an Ownership Mindset
  • Evaluate and upskill the team according to quarterly competency criteria

4. Act as the voice of the customer

  • Gather customer pain points, feedback, and needs to share with Product/Content teams
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights

5. Resolve issues and prevent future problems

  • Handle difficult situations and build trust during customer crises
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive sustainable solutions, including creating crisis-response playbooks
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Success
  • Experience leading a team or supervising frontline service operations
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations and solve problems systematically
  • Ability to analyze customer data and convert it into meaningful insights

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (WFH on Wednesday)

Location: Abdulrahim Place (MRT Silom | BTS Saladaeng)
