Strategic Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities :
Partnership Strategy & Development
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across travel ecosystem (API suppliers, platforms, affiliates, corporate partners, travel agencies, etc.)
- Develop partnership strategies aligned with company revenue and growth objectives
- Build a sustainable partnership pipeline that delivers incremental revenue
Commercial & Revenue Ownership
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing structures, revenue-sharing models, and contractual terms with partners
- Own partnership revenue targets and performance tracking
- Continuously optimize partner economics to maximize revenue contribution
Partner Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end partner journey: onboarding, integration, launch, and ongoing performance
- Act as the main point of contact for partners post-launch
- Drive partner engagement through joint business planning, campaigns, and performance reviews
API / Channel & Integration Enablement
- Work closely with Tech, MI, Finance, and Sales Ops to ensure timely and successful integrations
- Prioritize partner integrations based on revenue potential and strategic value
- Ensure operational readiness and scalability of partnership channels
Cross-functional Leadership
- Coordinate internally across Sales, Sales Process & Enablement, Tech, Finance, and Client Success
- Ensure alignment on commercial setup, reporting, billing, and performance metrics
- Resolve issues impacting partner performance and revenue realization
Qualifications & Experience :
- 5–8 years' experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel sales
- Proven track record of managing revenue-driven partnerships.
- Experience in OTA, Travel Industry, API, platform, or ecosystem-based business models preferred Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Experience working cross-functionally with tech and operations team
- Able to communicate in Thai and English fluently.
