Job Purpose

Lead and drive strategic event and partnership initiatives to elevate Thai Life Insurance's customer experience. Oversee end-to-end event management and develop business partnerships that strengthen customer engagement, support business goals, and enhance brand perception.

Job Responsibilities

·       Develop strategic plans for events and partnerships aligned with customer segments and business objectives.

·       Design creative, data-driven engagement activities based on customer insights and market trends.

·       Source, evaluate, and manage strategic partners, including negotiation and contract coordination.

·       Maintain strong partner relationships and ensure alignment with agreed standards and deliverables.

·       Manage end-to-end event operations, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.

·       Ensure event quality, cost control, and effective issue resolution to deliver a seamless customer experience.

·       Collaborate with communication teams to promote activities and track key performance metrics.

·       Prepare performance reports and insights to support management decision-making.

·       Improve internal processes, develop SOPs, and support team capability building.

Job Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.

· –7 years' experience in Event Management, Strategic Partnership, CRM, or Customer Experience.

· Strong project management skills, including budget and vendor/agency management.

· Experience in insurance, financial services, or loyalty program is a plus.

· Good command of English (spoken & written).

· Ability to travel upcountry as required.

· Service-minded with a strong focus on customer engagement.
