Partnerships Marketing Manager

At True Digital Academy (TDA), we believe transformation happens through collaboration — when people, ideas, and brands come together to create meaningful impact. We are looking for a Marketing Partnership Manager to lead TDA's partnership strategy across B2B, B2C, and ecosystem networks.
This role will build strategic collaborations that amplify TDA's brand, expand our reach, and strengthen our mission in People and Workforce Transformation. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to design and activate partnership initiatives that connect organizations, creators, and communities with TDA's learning ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that enhances TDA's brand presence and business outcomes.
• Identify, establish, and manage partnerships across B2B, B2C, and ecosystem segments, including corporates, SMEs, startups, media, content partners, and community groups.
• Design and propose co-branded campaigns, activations, and content collaborations to support brand visibility and lead generation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with organizational goals.
• Build and manage brand and ecosystem alliances through corporate branding, events, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor partnership performance and provide insights to optimize engagement and business impact.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from ideation and proposal to negotiation, execution, and evaluation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing partnerships, brand collaboration, or business development across B2B and B2C sectors.
• Proven success in developing partnerships that combine strategic thinking with creative execution.
• Strong understanding of ecosystem collaboration and multi-stakeholder value creation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Thai and English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to link partnership activities to measurable business results.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
