Key Roles and Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy & Execution

  • Implement CRM strategies to boost customer retention, loyalty, and engagement.
  • Analyze customer touchpoints, database insights, and market research to optimize campaigns.
  • Curate money-can't-buy and unique experiences tailored to VVIC customers, strengthening brand loyalty and customer connection.
  • Maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) to ensure profitability.
  • Develop CRM ecosystem across our brands to strengthen sales, customer growth, and brand benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partnerships to align and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Stay updated on customer experience trends to keep VVIC relevant.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Coach and mentor team members to strengthen performance.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and evaluation for efficiency and impact.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric team culture.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare and present CRM and marketing performance reports to management.
  • Translate data into actionable strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or related areas, with 1–3 years in team management.

  • Strong expertise in CRM systems, marketing campaign analysis, and data analytics.
  • Proven track record in customer engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Tableau or other data visualization tools are a plus.
  • Strong English communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
