Job Description

  • Planning and executing CRM campaigns across various channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize ROI and customer experience.
  • Maintain and segment the customer database to support targeted marketing efforts with data accuracy.
  • Manage and optimize the company's LINE OA account, including content scheduling, broadcasting, and response management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase community and customer engagement, repeat purchases, and referrals.
  • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and trends to inform CRM and marketing strategies.
  • Utilize LINE OA features to engage customers and drive sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, or Customer Database Management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use CRM or Marketing Analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with LINE OA or other marketing communication platforms.
  • Strong planning, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
