Job Description

  1. Managing sewing planning and coordinating resources like materials, equipment, and manpower to meet demand efficiently.

  2. Monitor production, resolve issues, manage inventory, and provide status reports to superior, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

  3. Manage and monitor inventory levels, including WIP and finished goods.

  4. Collect and analyze production data, such as output and defect rates.

  5. Coordinate with various departments, including quality control, purchasing, and warehouse staff.

  6. Review customer order, forecast, P/O, sales request and check material, WIP , finished good stock

  7. Plan sewing, emboss, assembly. wrapping daily & monthly production plan.

  8. Plan finished good stock base on customer daily requirement, to build up suitable quantity buffer stock, or order by order, or top up system.

  9. To monitor daily production output compared to the plan, take immediate action if there are any variation and revise the plan.

  10. To ensure daily production meet the plan and meet the customer delivery date.

  11. Base on PDCA concept to do the planning.

  12. Follow up any backlog quantity, to make sure on time delivery to customer

  13. Monitor any un-balance stock and report to department head.

  14. Refer production planning matrix assign by superior.

  15. Others Instruction from Superior.

Qualification

· Automotive field is must necessary.

· years' experience in Production planning

· Male/Female

· Age 30-40 years old

· Graduate Diploma above

· Communication English Language.

· Computer / Internet
