Job Responsibility

  • Develop monthly call-off plans for RM and PM based on the production plan.
  • Prepare usage plans for RM and PM in alignment with demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate directly with suppliers to establish and confirm delivery schedules.
  • Expedite orders with suppliers to support urgent production requirements.
  • Establish inventory policies (DOI/CVD) based on MOQ and lead time parameters.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure compliance with policy limits.
  • Manage and maintain RM/PM min–max levels and reorder points effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with related filed
  • Experience with Material Planer at least 3-5 yeas , with FMCG highly preferred.
  • Knowledge end to end process in SnOP
  • Experience communicates with supplier and knowledge to manage low inventory
  • Can drive people and take initiatives
  • Monitor and expedite materials delivery and exercise inventory control
  • Analyze, plan and purchase materials according to demand
  • Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock
  • Good command in English and Computer Liter
