Responsibilities:

  • Review work plans from multiple departments, proactively identify potential conflicts, and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to support order fulfillment, issue resolution, rework processes, reporting, and work order creation.
  • Generate work orders (W/O) and pick lists.
  • Liaise with SA, Buyers, Stores, Production, QC, and Program teams.
  • Update daily and weekly production schedules and reports.
  • Maintain and update Syteline data according to BOM changes.
  • Monitor and follow up on order status to ensure timely progress.
  • Coordinate with SA and Program teams regarding outgoing shipments.
  • Follow up with the production team to confirm shipment commitments.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in production operations.
  • Hardworking, hands-on, cooperative, willing to learn, and detail oriented.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work in environments with dust, noise, and open-air conditions.
