We're hiring:
Assistant Key Account Manager – Sports

Location:
Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate store setup, renovation, closure, and maintenance tasks with internal and external parties
  • Monitor and manage operational needs of assigned sport stores and shop-in-shops
    • Collaborate with brand, merchandising, and purchasing teams to launch promotions, new collections, and campaigns
  • Maintain regular communication with key account partners such as The Mall, Central, Thaniya, and factory outlets
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to develop action plans to improve sales performance
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, expense requests, and budget clearing documentation
  • Visit stores regularly to audit promotion compliance, competitor activities, and frontline execution
  • Propose in-store activities to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement
  • Act as liaison between sales team and store management for issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • 1–3 years experience in key account, retail, or sport-related industry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, especially with department stores or sports venues
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Personal car ownership is a plus
    • Knowledge of golf or sports industry is an advantage
