Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Business Development
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion.
Develop account plans, set revenue goals, and track progress against targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms in alignment with company objectives.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through trust and value-driven engagement.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Collaborate with marketing, product development and operations teams to develop
tailored solutions to grow topline and achieve business objectives.Conduct regular account reviews to measure performance and identify areas for
improvements.
Operational and Performance Improvement
Track account metrics (e.g., revenue growth, client satisfaction scores, renewal rates).
Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, maintaining service excellence.
Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in serving accounts in a timely manner.
Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and performance to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience (1+) years of experience in Key Accounts Management, Client Services and B2B sales - Strong track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced brand environment
- Detail-oriented with good time management and project coordination skills
