Position: Key Account Manager (Offline Modern Trade - Skincare, Makeup) Department: Sales & Operations

Reports to: Head of Offline Sales

Summary:

Responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with key retail accounts. This includes presenting products to assigned modern trade stores, planning promotional activities, managing trade agreements, and leading a sales team to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by presenting and listing products in responsible modern trade channels
  • Plan and execute promotional activities to increase product visibility and drive sell-out to end consumers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key retail partners in the assigned area
  • Review, verify, and submit related documents for management approval
  • Develop and implement work plans with team members, provide guidance, and participate in field activities when necessary
  • Manage operating expenses in accordance with company policies
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of trade terms agreements (TTA), if applicable
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance and readiness for future roles
  • Coordinate with key internal departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade sales
  • Proven experience in managing retail accounts and leading sales teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Familiarity with trade terms agreements (TTA) is a plus
  • Willing to travel and work closely with retail partners
